We are looking for a meticulous, organized, and inspiring mid-level accounting analyst who wants to play a key role in managing the firm and leading our team. What you do
- Bookkeeping for various customers.
- Enter and classify financial transactions.
- Prepare and process invoices, payments and expense reports.
- Perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns (GST/QST).
- Participate in the preparation of financial statements and accounting reports.
- Maintain up-to-date customer files and ensure rigorous follow-up.
- Provide general support to the accounting team.
What we're looking for
- Degree in accounting, business administration, or a related field
- 3 to 5 years of accounting experience
- Experience at a law firm or agrowing small business or startup
- Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks Online).
- Proficiency in office software (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Proficiency with technology.
- Strongorganizational skills and the ability to effectively manage priorities.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Working environment
- 3 days a week at the Ville-Marie office (Monday, Wednesday and Friday).
- Possibility of 2 days a week of teleworking (Tuesday and Thursday) when the situation allows.
- A few days a month, visit certain customers at their offices
- Permanent full-time position.
